Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and full payment. Customers will be notified immediately if any items are out of stock and a longer delay is anticipated.

Payment may be made via the PayPal Gateway, which accepts transfers from your PayPal account or credit card payments, or electronic Bank Transfer. Please include amount for postage calculated by the shopping cart facility.

Goods supplied which are faulty or damaged may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The cost of the goods will be refunded or a replacement supplied. Please phone or email to let us know which is required.

Goods which do not meet the expectations of the customer, may be returned within 14 days of receipt in saleable condition. Please ensure that they are securely packaged. The cost of the goods will be refunded or another product supplied in its place. Please phone or email to let us know which is required.
