Foam Pads

Description

High density closed cell polyethylene foam

20 x 33 cm – 1.5cm thick

These firm foam pads are ideal for:

• providing adjustable levels of support for the head when lying,
• raising the level of the floor or table surface in sitting,
• protecting knees when kneeling.

They are sufficiently firm to give good contact with the ground, whilst being soft enough to be comfortable in most situations. Wrapping or draping with a towel will add any additional softness required.

Practitoners pay less when you buy a class set of 10 or more mats.
