Russell’s teachings—developed over 45 years of practice—provide a road map to help you access more of your potential, and feel more at peace with yourself.
You’ll get over twelve hours of discussion and lessons, including:
-Seven unique Awareness Through Movement Lessons®
-Eight Embodied Meditation Practices
-A series of powerful Standing Gestures
This is Russell’s most comprehensive workshop recording to date!
